- Halfway through the movie, Cochran's Labrador dog is killed as soon as Tibey's men barge in the cabin. The dog is shot in a brief but graphic close up and there is blood splatter and a yelp as the force of the shot knocks it off it's feet. It's very hard to watch, even if you're not a dog lover.
