At one point in the film, Dr. Phinney claims to have thoroughly examined Margaret's vaginal tissue and that he has found it "totally undisturbed", from which he also claims that she has "never even masturbated". There is no medical test or examination that can give this result, so if he has done all of this, all that he has done is both carried out an invalid test and, essentially, sexually assaulted her. And we're supposed to trust this man?
When Margaret is telling Dr. Phinney about her attack in the shed, she calls him "Dr. Tucker."
When Father O'Carroll is speaking to Dr. Phinney, he calls him "Dr. Tucker" (the name of the producer of the film is Paul Tucker).
