Dan Stevens loves Christmas. Not in the way that everybody who Christmases loves Christmas, no, he is a Christmas tree up, hang the lights after Halloween kind of Christmas guy. Teresa Wright: Later years (See preceding post: "Teresa Wright: From Marlon Brando to Matt Damon.") Teresa Wright and Robert Anderson were divorced in 1978. They would remain friends in the ensuing years.[1] Wright spent most of the last decade of her life in Connecticut, making only sporadic public appearances. In 1998, she could be seen with her grandson, film producer Jonah Smith, at New York's Yankee Stadium, where she threw the ceremonial first pitch.[2] Wright also became involved in the Greater New York chapter of the Als Association. (The Pride of the Yankees subject, Lou Gehrig, died of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis in 1941.) The week she turned 82 in October 2000, Wright attended the 20th anniversary celebration of Somewhere in Time, where she posed for pictures with Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour. In March 2003, she was a guest at the 75th Academy Awards, in the segment showcasing Oscar-winning actors of the past. Two years later,...

With his Australian accent, long locks and ripped physique, Jaason Simmons was one of the sexiest stars to ever wear a red "Baywatch" swimsuit. To celebrate the show's 25th anniversary this week, the 44-year-old actor sat down with toofab's Brian Particelli for a look back at the long-running show about a group of incredibly good-looking lifeguards.Video: Alexandra Paul Reveals "Baywatch" Set Secrets!"Yasmine [Bleeth] and I joined and it was pretty much into the mix right away, at the height of it we had hundreds of paparazzi on the beach and coach loads of tourists. It was sort of like doing a circus," Simmons says of his first days on the set back when he made his debut in 1994. "First day I drove the truck into the tower and swiped the side of the door, because in Australia we drive on the other side of the road," he adds. "Then...

Death is happening "Under the Dome," fans. Is Linda Esquivel one of the victims?
At the 2014 TCA winter press tour presentation by CBS, a sizzle reel was shown for Season 2 of the popular summer drama, with executive producers teasing that two fan-favorite characters will be killed off in the premiere episode. "No one is safe in this town," says Ep Neal Baer.
Deadline is reporting that actress Natalie Martinez, who plays Sheriff Esquivel on "Dome," has joined ABC drama "Secrets & Lies," which stars Ryan Phillippe as a man who finds the body of a young boy and becomes the prime suspect in his murder. Martinez is cast as Jess, the child's mother.
Does this mean that it's curtains for Esquivel?
Deadline mentions that "Secrets & Lies" has a series penalty, which means if the pilot doesn't get made and aired on TV, the network will owe a rather hefty sum to the producer/writer.

A new set of Breaking Bad bloopers premiered recently on Today. In them, actors bump into one another, forget lines and innocently walk through the backgrounds of scenes holding guns.
The best one finds Bryan Cranston and Michael Bowen, who plays the swastika-tattooed character Jack Welker, out in the desert where a pivotal scenes takes place. It begins as Cranston, playing Walter White, stares off into the distance. Bowen sidles up to him and just stares. Off-screen, a voice says, "Let's take that back."

Breaking Bad came to its devastating, bloody end two months ago. But according to Bryan Cranston (Walter White), it could've stretched even further. "I'm kind of sad that we don't have another year to go, because I really thought that maybe we could do another 10 or 12 episodes," Cranston said at last night's premiere of No Half Measures, a documentary on the making of the final season. "But it's better to be finished early and proud so that the fans and us say, 'I really miss that show' as opposed to saying,...

Los Angeles — There's no summer break anymore for broadcast networks, with overachieving cable competitors regularly airing new series instead of succumbing to rerun laziness.
That's why NBC has "America's Got Talent," Fox is airing "So You Think You Can Dance" and ABC scheduled the flirty "Mistresses." Over at CBS, star students have teamed up for the ambitious "Under the Dome."
The 13-episode drama series debuting Monday is based on the best-selling Stephen King book and includes heavyweights Steven Spielberg, Neal Baer ("ER," "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit"), Jack Bender ("Lost") and comic-book and TV scribe Brian K. Vaughan as executive producers.
Such firepower counts in this increasingly competitive season, said CBS Entertainment President Nina Tassler. It's even more crucial because CBS is rolling the dice with a drama, atypical first-run network fare in June.
"There is a lot of original content on-air during the summer, and there will be choices for viewers.

As promised by Trent Reznor, tons of details on his six LP, 39-track Ost for The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo have been revealed tonight, including a particularly special surprise. Composed with his cohort of the Oscar-winning The Social Network score Atticus Ross, we have a song to stream now, as well as the full tracklist, pre-order details, party announcement and much more. We’ll kick things off with a message from Trent Reznor himself on his official site:
For the last fourteen months Atticus and I have been hard at work on David Fincher’s “The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo”. We laughed, we cried, we lost our minds and in the process made some of the most beautiful and disturbing music of our careers. The result is a sprawling three-hour opus that I am happy to announce is available for pre-order right now for as low as $11.99. The...

The season premiere of ABC’s Castle (Mondays at 10/9c) not only dealt with Beckett’s life-and-death crisis, how Rick’s profession of love landed (or not) on Kate’s ears and the introduction of a new boss, it also set up quite the Catch-22 moving forward. Beckett has avowed that she can’t be in a relationship with any (lucky) fella until she solves her mother’s murder, while Castle is resolved to keeping his partner far away from said case, lest next time some sniper gets the job done.
Of course, the opener famously closed with Kate revealing...

It was, in a painful way, poetic.
Just as ABC’s Castle ended its Season 3 finale with its titular novelist (played by Nathan Fillion) professing, “I love you” to Detective Kate Beckett (Stana Katic), the Season 4 premiere closed out with a game-changing three-word confession of its own.
“I remember everything.”
Yep, after claiming to Castle that she had no recollection of her shooting, let alone what happened or was said to her in the moments immediately afterward, Kate revealed to her psychiatrist (Star Trek: The Next Generation‘s Michael Dorn) that she had been lying, and thus knows full well how Rick feels about her.
