- A woman decked in bondage attire is seen hanging from a ceiling. Her partner starts licking her face. She then straddles him and starts kissing him. She then reveals a razor blade hidden in her mouth.

- A man shoots dozens of soldiers while escaping from a base. Blood spurts out of the wounds. Several men are hit by acid during this sequence and we see their faces covered with burns.
- A group of drug dealers stumble upon the site of a mass execution. Dozens of bodies are stacked in a pile. A specialized sprinkler system then sprays acid on the traffickers.
- Doctors perform open-heart surgery on a man who has a bomb surgically implanted in his chest. We see the open chest cavity.
- A man shows the police a box containing a pair of severed legs, whom he informs them are his daughter's.
- During a raid on a drug dealer's hideout, dozens of men are mowed down with machine gun fire. A man slices off his own hand with a knife, and then gets his leg severed under tractor treads. Several men get their throats slit. One man is impaled on rebars.

- An injured man attacks ER doctors. He gets shot multiple times, receiving two gaping head wounds among others.
- A man murders half a dozen policemen with bloody gunshots to the head. He then gets his hand sliced off. Later, he blows himself up, leaving only his other severed hand before.
- A man is stabbed in the shoulder. Lots of blood flows from the wound.
- Several villains are mowed down in a hail of bloody gunfire.
- A man gets his knee broken and his arm sliced off during a martial arts battle.
