Not unlike Monty Python's Flying Circuis in structure, this show set the bar for Comedy on Israeli Television
imdb-383621 August 2006
Various skits interspersed with silly animations mark this show as setting the highest bar for comedy and satire in Israeli television history. It has yet to be surpassed. The skits were often viciously stinging of social and political norms in Israel and were criticized by people from all corners of the political arena. The show lasted two years. The closing song was a summary of the "over the line" stuff the show did. The cast included a wide range of the funniest funny people in the states history, many of whom have gone on to become great stars. The show had a plethora of surreal comedy as well - animations that were as good as some of the best ones (and clearly inspired by) from Monty Python's flying circus.
