good video collection

Concentrating on the classic quartet line-up of The Who (lasting to Keith Moon's early death at the end of the 1970s), this collection brings together several of their best videos and appearances from their first hits (Substitute, The Kids Are Alright, Pictures of Lily, Happy Jack), through to more highly developed rock numbers (Join Together, We Won't Get Fooled Again, Who Are You).

A good introduction to the band and a valuable record for those of us already converted. There's just the one track featuring drummer second banana Kenney Jones and it's a poor substitute for the earlier stuff. For the range of tracks on this compilation I'd unreservedly recommend it. Once you've seen it, go out and listen to much, much, more of this great British band.
