- Some kissing.
- A couple sleep together with sheets covering them. Shoulders are shown.
- A woman dances sensually over music.
- A woman asks her husband if he loves the belly (referring to her belly).
- There is a sex scene. It is not graphic as the characters are clothed. he moves his hand under her skirt and takes her finger upwards implying that he is fingering her vagina. Then it is implied that he penetrates her in standing position and from both their facial expressions, their discomfort is visible. He then furiously thrust into her. We then see them in bed and he's thrusting on top of her violently while she seems to be in some pain (no nudity is seen).

- A man grabs a woman and holds her ear close to his mouth; she seems to be in pain and squeezes his hand until it bleeds; then we see blood dripping from her ear and her lifeless body on the floor.
- A woman purposefully electrocutes herself (we see her holding a radio while sitting in water), a woman dreams she is electrocuted in the same way, and a man is electrocuted (we see his eyes bulge and his body convulse). Electric beams shoot into a woman's eyes and surround her body, but she's not electrocuted.
- A man in a hospital convulses violently, is given an injection in the chest and is shocked with paddles to revive his heartbeat.
- A man grabs a woman by the back of the head and forces her to kiss him before she pushes him away; he then knocks glasses off a table, falls backwards into a table and dies (his mouth and neck are slightly bloody).
- A woman falls down a staircase; we see some bloody instruments and cloth during a surgery performed on her (no procedures are seen), then see her recovering in a hospital bed.
- A man slaps a woman and she falls to the ground.
- A woman smashes a tape recorder with a hammer and throws a glass against a wall.
- A woman cuts her finger and we see some blood on a cucumber she was slicing.

- Spencer slaps Jillian.
- Spencer grabs Nan and holds her ear close to his mouth; she seems to be in pain and squeezes his hand until it bleeds; then blood drips from her ear and her lifeless body is shown on the floor.
- Jillian passes out and falls down the stairs. Surgeons are shown with blood on their scientific gloves as they operate. Nothing is shown.
- Jillian puts a radio in a sink full of water as water spreads all over the apartment. She electrocutes Spencer (in alien form).
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Jillian goes through pain with a nose bleed from pregnancy pills.
- As Jillian watches a videotape, it reveals Spencer is not her husband, a voice is heard in an audio during the two men's mission and it turns out to be not human.
- Spencer gets a flashback about the 2 minute space incident.
- As Spencer dies, the alien transmits into Jillian.
