China Town My China Town (1929)

The Fleischer Studio produced a number of these animated short films where the "bouncing ball" would have audience members singing together. This one here has very little plot as we're introduced to some Asian characters and then we go into the title song. This short is certainly a product of its time since the film will probably offend most people who watch it today due to its stereotypes of Asian characters. The song itself really isn't all that memorable and it's doubtful most people today are going to be singing along with it. The animation was good for what it was and I'm sure it played well back in the day but there's not much here.
