- A subplot of the film involves Papa Klump's struggle with erectile dysfunction, and the effect it's having on his relationship with his wife.
- A man who has the mutation of a canine, makes lustful remarks to both humans and canines who are female.
- We hear some sexually-explict innuendos when Sherman tries to woo his love only for Buddy to interfere. (which are then repeated by a Mexican band for comic effect)
- A man is supposedly sodomized by a giant hamster. He sounded like he enjoyed it, but also seemed violated in later scenes.
- A woman receives a piece of explicit lingerie as a gift, it has three holes in the private areas.
- A fireman stripper comes to a bachelorette party. He takes off his shirt but nothing more.
- Discussion about a penis pump enlarging the head of prostates to end up looking deformed.

- Sherman accidentally flings a corncob that presumably strikes and injures a family parrot, while also getting up from the table (with the table cloth caught in the fly of his pants) and accidentally pulling everything off it (some of which breaks).
- Slapstick including a comical scene where a giant hamster shoots cannonball size poop-pellets at the campus security.

- It's possible that young kids might find the site of a gargantuan and menacing-looking hamster (bigger than a grizzly bear) unsettling or scary (although it's all played for laughs).
- The movie's humor is so ribald, that an Unrated version had to be made.

- A man mutates into a butt-naked toddler (the body is CGI) and gets man-handled by his former dean, the toddler escapes my urinating on the dean's face and running face-first into a blonde's busty torso, he then tears down her top exposing her white lingerie bra, to harness himself down to the floor and escape the room, the dean tries to cease the toddler but gets distracted by the woman clinging onto her torn top while he is being ordered.
- While standing at the altar while getting married, we (and everyone there) suddenly see what looks like a large and exaggerated erection in Sherman's pants. His father proudly states, "That's it son, show 'em what the Klumps are made of," while Granny tells him to save for the honeymoon. This turns out to be a dream/fantasy, however, as Buddy Love's head soon pops out of Sherman's pants and we then see Sherman in a psychiatrist's office recounting this dream/fantasy.
- An Old woman (supposedly) strips down to expose the sagging breasts and nether-regions to Buddy Love. (Nothing is shown, except from the calves down.)
