When Amanda goes to the restaurant to cook for the party, she checks her reflection and worries because she forgot to wear her mom's earrings. Later in the scene the earrings are back on.
When Tom goes to the Southern Cross to break up with Amanda, he ends up helping instead, waiting tables. The plates are plain white with gold trim. However, these are not any of the three plate patterns Amanda picked out in the department store that Tom paid for.
When Amanda goes to Tom's office to return his wallet, Tom's shirt sleeves are rolled up to the top of his arms. When Jonathan enters the room, Tom's sleeves are at his elbows. After Amanda leaves the room and they shoot back to Tom and Jonathan, Tom's sleeves are all the way back up again.
The vanilla orchids used in the film aren't really vanilla orchids. They were orange/red in color, but in reality vanilla orchids are yellow.

When Tom and Amanda start to float above the kitchen he says "I love kissing you" without moving his lips.
Throughout most of the dish-throwing scene, a crewmember's legs are visible in one of the mirrors in the background.
When Amanda Shelton opens the shop door after seeing the cop adjusting his belt, the camera is visible and a crew guy is crouched down.
