Woody has Mel Blanc's voice in the opening titles ("Guess who?") and whenever he laughs. Otherwise, his voice is probably Ben Hardaway's.

Not really. He is responsible for both himself and the bulldog police officer getting killed in a gasoline explosion. They both go to heaven and, unfairly enough, the bulldog's tiny angel wings are dwarfed by Woody's enormous pair. At the end, we see that Woody gets to go on tormenting the poor cop, presumably for all eternity.
