Whilst out on sea, they capture a roman family. The Romans can't talk danish, but gets to live in a house while the pirates wait for ransom, which never shows. Because of the huge cost of having the roman family staying in there old house, eventually the father has to work again and gradually turns in to himself and stops being a pirate. The roman family adopts to danish norms and they become friends. I was blown away by the sparkling dialogs and breathtaking performance by the cast. The story sound a bit lame, i know, but give yourself a treat and watch it. The special effects and music is fantastic and when combined with the awesome performance of especially Iben Hansen and the rest of the cast in turns into a beautiful and wonderful film. I can only give this movie my utmost recommendations.
