Sex & Nudity

- A girl is seen standing up after implied oral sex.
- A flamboyant character makes sexual comments for laughs.
- Two people are seen having sex during the opening credits, this is very mild though with no nudity apart from a man's back & is quite breif.
- Two teens have sex, she is seen in her underwear and then topless while he is just seen shirtless.
- There is a shot of Ashley against a stone pillar being taken from behind by her boyfriend who is standing right behind her doing the business. She is seen topless with bare breasts while he is seen shirtless, the camera never moves lower than their waists.
Violence & Gore

- Clown at Midnight is a very tame horror film with minimal amounts of violence and gore which are very breif.
- A woman is attacked from behind by a man in a clown outfit, she manages to smash a bottle over his head and get away, however she is forcibly dragged back into her dressing room.
- There are very breif flashes of a woman being stabbed by a clown.
- The clown swings an axe into the top of Ms. Giddy's head, the scene cuts away just as the axe is about to make contact therefore nothing is seen and there is no blood either.
- Ashley is strangled with a necklace.
- Monica steps on a mouse trap and yells out in pain, she is then impaled on a spear, there is a very breif closeup shot of the spear exiting her stomach and a medium shot of her standing against a canvas with the spear sticking out of her stomach.
- Ashley is seen hanging by a thick rope tied around her neck.
- There is a short sword fight before a man is electrocuted, his burnt and blackened face is seen a few scenes later as his body is discovered.
- A man falls from the theatre's roof to his death on the ground below, there is no blood and he is not seen hitting the ground either.
- A woman is decapitated with an axe, there is a very breif shot of her neck stump and then there is a slow motion shot of her decapitated head rolling down a flight of steps.
- A clown falls to his death from a walkway.
- All of the victims are seen sat in the front row of the theatre with their various injuries on show except Ms. Giddy who is missing.
- A man dressed as a clown fights another man dressed as a clown and is slammed against a wall and knocked ot.
- Kate stabs the evil clown in the eye with a screwdriver, there is a shot of the screwdriver with blood on it and a shot of the clown with a trickle of blood down his cheek.
- There is a shot of the clown impaled on what looks like spikes, all of the spikes are blood stained as are parts of his outfit.
Profanity

- Infrequent use of mild profanity.

- Some of the teens drink some beer out of cans.
- One character is seen smoking and he puts the cigarette out on his palm.
- There is no drugs use.

- A few jumpscares where characters startle each other.
- There are several scenes invloving the stalking and killing of teenagers which are deliberately played for scares.
