- In one scene, a character is attacked by bugs. His mind is then controlled, where he grows cybernetic parts into his body and then, he grows sharp metallic claws and rips the back of his head apart, with an EXTREMELY massive amount of blood spraying out into a literal fountain, and then we see the inside of the guy's head before he falls to the ground dead, with one of his eyeballs popping out, a tube on his mouth and his brains spilled out, with lots of blood seen everywhere.
- EXTREME graphic violence throughout the whole series. Genocyber is one of the most violent anime series ever created. The violence is extremely graphic, detailed and disturbing.
- In the beginning of the second episode children are shown getting torn to shreds by gunfire in extremely graphic detail, in slow motion and up close.
- In the first episode a man is running in a hallway littered with bloody body parts, intestines, blood and corpses. He later finds himself in a bed having been vivisectioned, with his skin flayed off and internal organs exposed.
