Hansen agreed to let Kimmel’s people take over her Twitter account to post the video, he said. Like the last time Kimmel punked the media with his fake twerk-fail video, he ran clips of various news outlets he’d fooled — many of them ruminating as to whether the animal actually was a wolf, a husky, a malamute, or a mutt. Shout! Factory Will Release 'The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis' and Sketch Comedy Show 'Fridays' on DVD
The classic CBS sitcom "The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis," which aired from 1959 to 1963, will finally be getting a DVD release -- Shout! Factory has picked up the right to release a box set of the complete series that will reach stores sometime this year, reports The Wrap. The show hasn't been previously available on DVD -- nor has Shout! "The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis," which starred Dwayne Hickman as the popularity- and wealth-seeking titlular teenager, featured a young Warren Beatty as one of Dobie's rich kid antagonists and Tuesday Weld as Dobie's money-obsessed object of desire. The show was based on a collection of short stories by Max Shulman, which also spawed the 1953 musical "The Affairs of Dobie Gillis,...

While in Brooklyn this week (and what a week, sheesh), ABC late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel visited a Fulton St. barbershop to ask if -- and, if so, how -- Mitt Romney can win over more black voters. After all, Kimmel points out, President Barack Obama is winning the black vote by a margin of 94 percent versus Romney's 3 percent.

As Hurricane Sandy makes it way to the New York City area, Jimmy Kimmel Live! has decided to cancel tonight’s show from the Brooklyn Academy of Music. “Due to stupid Hurricane Sandy and in the interest of the safety of our studio audience, Jimmy Kimmel Live! will not broadcast tonight,” the show said in a statement. “We are hopeful to be back on the air tomorrow night with Howard Stern, Tracy Morgan and Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings.”

Since everyone else has weighed in on this week's Presidential Debate, why shouldn't kids?
In a skit on his ABC late night show last night, Jimmy Kimmel sat down with four little kids -- definitely not of voting age -- to get their opinions on Wednesday night's showdown between President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney, moderated by Jim Lehrer.
So what did they think?
What's so funny about Lehrer? "His face." "His eyes."
Who's Obama debating? "Mitt Ronny!"
How much do you think the President makes? "350." "$5."
Watch the video below and see how the topics span monsters, cotton candy and women in the White House ("most girls I know don't like white"). It's a lot shorter than the actual debate, and more interesting too.

Exclusive: “You can’t do a late night show until you’re 80 years old,” Jimmy Kimmel just joked to me about his Jimmy Kimmel Live moving from midnight to 11:35 Pm weekdays starting January 8th. The ABC late night host is only 44 years old now – and that’s why the network is betting that Kimmel can attract younger eyeballs than Jay Leno, 62, and David Letterman, 65. ABC’s own venerable Nightline skews to older demographics as well. “ABC sees the future and thinks it makes sense to entrench ourselves at 11:35 Pm now,” Kimmel explained. Anything about the show he might have to change by starting a 1/2 hour earlier? “Maybe cut back on the penis jokes.” Related: ABC Shuffles Late Night: ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ To 11:35 Pm, ‘Nightline’ To 12:35 Am The move comes after a decade of slow build in awareness and ratings and on the heels of landing its first best series Emmy nomination.

Jimmy Kimmel is engaged to Molly McNearny, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. The Jimmy Kimmel Live! host, 44, asked McNearny, a co-head writer for the Emmy-nominated ABC late night show, to marry him while on vacation in South Africa, in Kruger National Forest. The news was first reported by People.com. The news comes during an already eventful year for Kimmel. Earlier this year, he roasted the President as emcee of the White House Correspondents' Dinner in Washington, D.C. Come September, he will host the Emmy Awards, airing on ABC. Kimmel has been married before; in 1988,

Celebrities with their big mansions, fancy cars, other generic luxury items, and millions of Twitter followers may seem impervious to pain and sorrow, but Jimmy Kimmel wants us all to remember they, too, can hurt. Tuesday night on his ABC late night show, the comedian asked a slew of celebrity guests to read aloud cruel, oftentimes vulgar tweets about themselves from us regular folk who occasionally let loose a hateful remark onto the interwebs.

"Jimmy Kimmel Live" will shoot a week of shows in October, the ABC late night host told Kelly Ripa on her morning show Monday.
Kimmel, a Brooklyn native, has never brought his show on the road since its debut in 2003. He is scheduled to do the shows from the Brooklyn Academy of Music in the Fort Greene neighborhood from October 29 - November 2.
The show will also celebrate a new NBA team to the New York City borough. The New Jersey Nets recently relocated to Brooklyn, a move that became high profile partially thanks to co-owner Jay-z's hand in rebranding the team to reflect its new location.
According to a tweet from Kimmel, tickets to the shows will be available here.
"Late Night with Jimmy Fallon," Kimmel's NBC competitor, recently did several shows from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Notably, President Barack Obama appeared as Fallon's guest on the first episode.

Jimmy Kimmel and President Obama high-fived their performances. But it was anything but a memorable evening of comedy at tonight’s White House Correspondents Dinner, that annual media-politics-showbiz schmoozefest in Washington DC. After three years in a row of telling funny jokes, President Obama flatlined. And ABC late night host Jimmy Kimmel didn’t fare any better: he was bland to a fault. They also couldn’t get any laughs out of the few Mitt Romney jokes they told, even though the Gop presidential candidate wasn’t in attendance. Here’s the live-blog. Judge For yourself: Update 7:30 Pm: Jimmy Kimmel at the mic now. Just as Obama closed on a mention of the Secret Service scandal, that’s the topic Kimmel opens with. “Mr. President, I know you won’t be able to laugh at any of my jokes about the Secret Service,” Kimmel says looking at the Commander-in-Chief,...

ABC late night host Jimmy Kimmel may not have gotten the loudest laughs of recent White House Correspondents' Dinner hosts, but he did leave the stage at the Washington Hilton with the satisfaction of knowing he didn't bomb. Kimmel's half-hour speech was received with consistent, if not uproarious, laughter -- likely a result of his playing it relatively safe. By Correspondents' Dinner standards, and certainly compared to Seth Meyers' 2011 skewering of Donald Trump, Kimmel really wasn't that mean. Photos: White House Correspondents Association's Dinner Arrivals He did give extra attention to a few targets, though, and New Jersey Governor

Late night funnyman Jimmy Kimmel is coming to primetime for the 64th Annual Emmy Awards. Kimmel will host the awards show telecast on ABC on Sun., Sept. 23.
Kimmel is no stranger to hosting gigs. Now known for his ABC late night talk show "Jimmy Kimmel Live," currently in its tenth season, the comedian shot to fame as co-host on Comedy Central's "The Man Show" and the host of "Win Ben Stein's Money," for which he won an Emmy. He's also slated to host the White House Correspondents Dinner in April and has previously hosted the American Music Awards and Espy Awards.
Traditionally, Emmy hosts are stars of the network broadcasting the ceremony that year. "Glee" actress Jane Lynch hosted the telecast in 2011 when it aired on Fox, Jimmy Fallon had the honor for NBC when it aired there in 2010 and Neil Patrick Harris hosted the show in 2009 on CBS.
