Violence & Gore

  • The very last shot shows Matoko casually walking in the streets of Tokyo. Then, the screen freezes, zooms in, and the sound effect of the bomb explodes.
  • Matoko's cat tastes metal pieces of radiation, suffers, chokes, and dies.
  • Makoto holds Inspector Yamashita hostage at gunpoint. They head to a roof but get into a brutal fist and gun fight. As Yamashita gets brutally shot many times, both of them fall off the building, but Makoto swings on a tree branch with a scratch on his torso. Yamashita is seen bloodied and dead.
  • After many cars crash, Sawai dies with a mildly bloody injury on her head. No stab wounds or broken bones.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • As the film goes on, Matoko realises he is exposed to radiation poisoning with the signs of hair loss and gums bleeding.
  • The very last shot shows Makoto walking away with the bomb and the screen freezes with the bomb exploding.
