Wong Jing's Conmen in Las Vegas.

Conmen in Las Vegas (1999) the Conmen saga continues in this weird comedy from the master of nonsense comedy Wong Jing. The conmen trio of Nat Chan, Andy Lau and Nick Cheung had just pulled off another hustle that netted them a lot of money. But once again they've tricked the wrong person and it leads them into a very desperate situation. The conmen are offered the job of a life time a trip to the gambler's paradise, Las Vegas! The Chinese government is after a hustler that's even bigger than the conmen and they figure they're the only ones that can possibly do the job. Will the conmen be able to defeat one of the biggest con artist that ever lived? Can they get their friend out of trouble? Check out the Conmen in Las Vegas!!!

Another great film from Wong Jing who also (pokes fun at himself) co-stars as Handsome Woo a porno director who's only interested in making lots of money (I can make ten movies a year instead of only a couple in Hong Kong). Andy Lau stars as the brains of the trio, Nat Chan co-stars as the go to guy and Nick Cheung is Andy's assistant. Kelly Lam co-stars as one

of the mysterious women that follows Andy and Nat to Las Vegas. A movie full of scams, schemes and multiple double crosses. Fun stuff.

Highly recommended.

A+

There's a bizarre parody of Ringu that has to be seen to be believe

I have just watched "The Conmen in Vegas". I loved it. Wong Jing`s films are always worth a watch, add to that the brilliant Andy Lau, three gorgeous girls, I mean what more could you ask for? The story is not the best, I will admit, but the pace is frantic and for entertainment value it is second to none.Highly Recommended!!!!

I worked on the action sequence in this film while they were filming in las vegas. I did not know what the film was about(script was in chinese) and it seemed that the chinese crew were the proverbial chinese fire drill. But after I watched the film , and seeing how many credits jing wong has; He is a good story teller. And the chinese chicks are sexy too! This is not a John Woo Film.It has action but no 10 minute gun battles. I liked It so much I bought the laser disc.
