Phoenix, Jan 29 (Reuters) - "Dazed and Confused" star Jason London has been arrested in Arizona and charged with assault and disorderly conduct over a bar room fracas in which he is accused of throwing punches and later defecating in a patrol car on his way to jail, a police report showed on Tuesday.
The 40-year-old actor, who played the main character of Randall "Pink" Floyd in the 1993 coming-of-age comedy "Dazed and Confused," responded on Twitter that he was attacked and injured and that the allegations against him were false.
"I would never say or do the crap they are reporting," he said in the message on Tuesday. "Have faith in me. The truth will come out and you will see."
"Some guy thought I was hitting on his girl and had me jumped," London tweeted. "My wife was in the next room, had no idea what even happened. I hate Arizona.

Chuck Season 5 Finale Bad Reveal!
Braveheart actor Angus Macfadyen is coming to Chuck on NBC! He won’t just guest star, he’ll play a really big bad baddie.
Yes, a multi-episode arc is in Macfadyen’s future as he clashes with the stars of Chuck multi-episode as what TV Line is calling “the show’s last major villain.” Say it ain’t so! Season 5 is the last ever?
Macfadyen is playing a spy for hire who just prefers to do bad spying as opposed to good spying. Don’t you just hate guys like that?
Macfadyen is best remembered as Robert the Bruce, but he also acted in Jason and the Argonauts from 2000, the very cool Equilibrium from 2002, Saw IV from 2007, and several episodes of Californication among other TV appearances.
Chuck stars Zachary Levi as Charles “Chuck” Irving Bartowski, Yvonne Strahovski as Sarah Lisa Bartowski, Adam Baldwin as John Casey,...

Keira Knightley has joined the cast of Syfy’s four-hour "Neverland" as the voice of Tinker Bell. A prequel to J.M. Barrie’s classic "Peter Pan," "Neverland" is being written and directed by Nick Willing, and will air on Syfy in December 2011. Willing seems to have cornered the market on made-for-tv re-imaginings of classic tales. Among others, he's worked on 1999's "Alice in Wonderland," 2000's "Jason and the Argonauts" and SyFy's 2007 mini "Tin Man" with Zooey Deschanel. Other castmembers headed to "Neverland" include Rhys Ifans (as "Jimmy" Hook), Anna Friel, Bob Hoskins, and Charlie Rowe as a young Peter...

One can't help but love the delightful cheese of SyFy original films. They're filled with strange, horrifying creatures and ridiculously stupid people who always get what they deserve. From the look of these clips, this Saturday's Area 51 is no exception. There are the requisite idiot military personnel and plenty of people standing around with their heads up their asses as other folks are getting killed by the appropriately creepy, mish-mash of an alien. And while Sharktopus had its Roger Corman pedigree and Eric Roberts, Area 51 is co-produced by After Dark Films, directed by Sean Connery's son, Jason and stars original "Babylon 5"-er, Bruce Boxleitner.
The story follows a group of reporters given permission to visit the infamous alien repository. Coincidentally, a certain extraterrestrial critter decides this would be a fine time to bust out of the joint and lead a revolution. As you can imagine, hijinks ensue. Here...

You never quite know what you're going to get with SyFy. They manage some quirky light entertainment, and some good and dark science fiction, but at the same time they broadcast professional wrestling and are home of all the B-movies that make Tk's eyeballs bleed. So when you hear that they're working on a four hour prequel to Peter Pan called "Neverland," you don't know whether to hide the razors while you watch or keep an eye out for the ticktocking crocodile getting replaced by sharktopus.
Nick Willing has written the script and will direct. He's written a couple of episodes of "Alice," directed a couple of "Tin Man" episodes, and has a couple more credits from something adapted from Hg Wells and "Jason and the Argonauts". I can't speak to the quality of any of those, but it seems disproportionate how much of his small body of work has been adaptations.

Dennis Hopper’s long film career began with the 1955 teen angst classic Rebel Without a Cause with James Dean, and he helped usher in Hollywood’s New Wave as director and star of the counterculture anthem Easy Rider in 1969. He later became a respected character actor, specializing in such off-beat villains as the drug-addicted, obscenity-spouting Frank Black in David Lynch’s Blue Velvet (1986), crazed bomber Howard Payne in the 1994 action-thriller Speed with Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock, and Deacon in Kevin Costner’s soggy post-apocalyptic saga Waterworld (1995).
Hopper was born in Dodge City, Kansas on May 17, 1936. He moved to San Diego, California with his family in the late 1940s, and began studying at the local Old Globe Theater while attending high school. He soon signed with Warner Brothers and was featured in a small role in 1955’s Rebel Without a Cause. He was later featured as Jordan Benedict III, the...

English thespian and genre film mainstay Joseph Gatt has landed a role in Thor, and it’s most likely as a villain.
According to Coventry Telegraph's The Geek Files, Gatt will probably be playing Skurge the Executioner, a superhuman warrior in Marvel Comics’ Thor who will be sent by Loki to destroy the titular character. In the books, Skurge is often manipulated by Enchantress, another Thor arch-nemesis, and that is likely to be the same in the film.
We use "likely" and "probably" about Gatt’s role since the actor himself has not revealed what part he’ll be playing: His official website only says, "Currently, Gatt is prepping for his most prominent job to date: a (secret) role in the forthcoming Marvel Studios film Thor, slated for release in 2011."
