Profanity

  • "D**n", "hell", and "b**ch" are used briefly.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Some drinking and smoking but not to excess.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The film revolves around murder, so it isn't great for kids. However, it is really talky and more intelligent than intense.

Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Violence & Gore

  • A man is stabbed in the neck onscreen in flashback, but there is no blood. His body is seen with the knife in it. There is a brief gun chase in the end of the film where shots are fired. The chase ends with a man shooting himself just barely offscreen (he bites the gun and the camera blinks just before he pulls the trigger).
