- Several instances of sexual innuendo, including references to oral sex and vampire sex. We repeatedly (flashbacks) see a naked woman in the shower; she rubs her bare breasts with blood several times. As the blood is washed away, her nipples are visible.
- A woman in a convertible lifts up her top and shows both bare breasts to a man in a car beside her.
- A man takes off a woman's shirt and pants and we see several shots of her bare breasts. He lifts her panty to some extent to see a bite mark. However, pelvic area is not shown. The man then lifts her and puts her in a bathtub. Later on she becomes uncontrollable and two man try to keep her down.
- A woman is naked in a trailer. Her breasts are visible.
- We see repeated scenes and numerous shots of a woman in a tub; we see her bare breasts several times. We see a naked man and woman in bed together; the woman's breasts are visible. A naked woman and uncovered woman on a bed talk to a man and we see her breasts. We see a couple having sex in a car, making loud noises and eating blood off each other while having sex; the woman's breasts are visible. A man pulls down the top of a woman's underwear. A woman is standing in a crowd and we see her bare breasts. We see a man in boxers on a bed; he hears lots of sex noises coming from the next room.
Violence & Gore

- A man kills another man by grabbing and ripping some organ out of him; we see blood all over the killer's hands and then watch him lick it.
- A man is shot in the chest and killed (he collapses with blood shown).
- A man takes a shovel and hits a man on the head with it as he lies on the hood of the vampire's car. A vampire then suddenly jumps out of the car's trunk at a man and his friend clocks her on the head with the shovel. When that doesn't stop her, he hits her with the shovel again and she then catches on fire (from contact with sunlight), screams in pain, and then explodes in a meaty mess.
- Gas leeks out of a line in a motel and the building explodes (lots of flames).
- A man is shot in the gut and blood squirts out all over his shirt and face.
- After a state trooper pulls over the vampire's car, he wants to look into the trunk. When he does, one of the vampires in it shoots him with a shotgun, sending his body flying through the air and back onto the hood of his car. The man then pours gasoline onto the car and injured trooper and lights both on fire (we briefly see the trooper partially engulfed in flames).
- A man punches a man in the face; a man punches a woman in the face.
- A man shoots a moving car several times. We see blood all over a man's face and hands.
- A man steps on a snake, grabs it, and then we watch the fangs go into the man's skin as the snake bites him.
- A man's throat is slit and blood gushes out; a woman starts ferociously licking up the man's bloody neck as if she's a wild animal.
- A man puts a gun in another's mouth and shoots him to death.
- A vampire shoots at someone's car, blowing off the back bumper.
- A man punches a woman and knocks her out (to get control over her since she's acting panicked and running away).
- A vampire slices a man's throat with a knife, causing blood to pour out and to then feed at his neck (with related sounds).
- A man damages the car he's driving by "playing chicken" with two other cars (and driving between them) and then driving through two closely parked vehicles. A truck that's pursuing him then crashes into one of those parked vehicles, resulting in a huge explosion and the presumed death of that driver.
- A woman has some visions of briefly seen violence (including a person lying on the floor with a knife in them with blood).
- A man and woman pin a woman to the bed and the man pulls down her underwear and bites her (infects her) below the naval (we see blood).
- Two men and a girl and another woman try to find cover as various gunshots blast through a house they're in. One shoots a vampire and appears to be hit himself. They then shoot up through some floorboards trying to hit a woman who ends up falling through a window, down and off the roof and onto the ground where she comes into contact with a live electric wire that partially electrocutes her and fries her skin.
- A man grabs a shotgun and blows a woman's head off (We see her bloody jaw remaining with her skull and brain matter).
- A man shoots another vampire many times, but it doesn't kill him. Instead, that vampire picks up him by the neck and punches him in the face several faces, with the last one sending him to the ground.
- A man drives a car into a house, knocking a vampire down from the floor above and then pins him back against a wall.
- A man shoots a vampire who then catches on fire upon coming into contact with sunlight causing the house to catch on fire and explode.
- A woman in a shower is covered in blood. We see a knife and then hear stabbing and screaming sounds.
