Veteran Director Priyadarshan and Complete Actor Mohanlal have worked together on at least forty films over the years -- Mohanlal even did a turn with a cameo in the director's 2012 Hindi film Tezz. The two have been part of some of Malayalam cinema's most memorable comedies -- films like Boeing Boeing (1985), Akkare Akkare Akkare (1990) and Thenmavin Kombath (1994) are considered classics, though more recent outings like 2011's Oru Marubhoomikkadha have fared less well.
