One of the early movies about migration to America. Lakshmi sees her husband being killed . She is in deep shock and tries to wind up his affairs one by one . Mamooty is a detective hired by the insurance company to probe his death. Lakshmi slowly realises that her husband was leading a dual life and was already married to some one else . Seema is the king pin of a drug cartel . Innocently , Ratheesh ( who has come in search of a living ) gets caught in that . He is living with Pratap who himself is a pawn in his American wife's hands . A lot of fights and confusions and misunderstandings later , Lakshmi and Mamooty are united . A lot of boat and car chases makes it interesting . A lot of movies came during the 70s and 80s showing perils of migration to the US . Over all a fine one time watch .
