It seems a bit familiar at times, but it's a good short film

Warning: Spoilers
This film stars a very mismatched couple. The man is tense and angry--hating all those in neighboring apartments and having no patience for any of the noise they or their pets make. The woman seems to take it all in stride and also has the weird (and disgusting) habit of going to the bathroom with him standing right there next to her or walking in and having a conversation while he's going. Both, in my opinion, are nuts--him for being so tense, unforgiving and cruel and her for bizarre boundary issues! Anyway, while this man works at home on his writing, he comes up with a really evil plan to end all the bothersome neighbors. He begins sending horribly cruel letters to them, such as telling the old lady she is being evicted unless she gets rid of the dog (and makes it look like it's from the management of the apartment), spreading vicious lies about affairs between neighbors, etc.. What a nasty and sick guy! At the same time, he's also writing a story where similar events are occurring and in the story, a man is confronted by a dangerous neighbor because of all the noise in his apartment.

In the end, these two plot elements come together in a sinister ending that is fun to watch but also reminiscent of several films and TV shows I have seen when printed words magically come to life. Good, but familiar.
