Really funny, at least if you're Finnish...

We in Finland do take politics serious, sometimes... In "Itse Valtiaat" we meet known Finnish politicians (well, known to us Finnish, anyway) at their work. The incidents that occure in characters real life's are but in the show, if they are funny. Characters change as the politicians come and go, but after the credits, there's always Koivisto and Ahtisaari (last two presidents of Finland) sitting on a bench laughing at something. All the characters (prime minister, the president, ministers...) have their own thoughts about how Finland should be steered, but of course they should be able to do this together. Really they should, but not really working on this TV-show. They all want to be something more than they are. The characters are not really like the real life people, but one side of each of their personalities is raised above all (or one made up, I think, not sure about this because don't really know them) and that makes them look funny. I like this show because it just is so funny to see those poor people trying to run this country being what they are in the show. They amazingly get away of everything they do wrong. What is life, if you can't make fun of the leaders sometimes. In a good way... They're just like reindeers (meaning the characters...), if you know what I mean. (cutely simple minded...)
