- Owl: [washing the dishes] Ah so clean it squeaks. It reminds me of the time that Aunt Ophelia joined the royal opera.
- Gopher: [getting the supplies to make a pumpkin pie] By boat that's my motto,
- Owl: Ah the poor dear alas quite laid an egg, and her debut proved a swan song.
- Gopher: [throws a pile of pumpkins on the table] Hmmm gotta be some efficient way to process these pumpkins.
- [pulls out a tape measure and starts taking measurements]
- Owl: Why the critics dismissed her performance as a bomb. Ophelia herself had a blast.
- [chuckles]
- Owl: Oh blast very good very good.
- Gopher: [using a L-Ruler hearing Owl gets an idea] By day that's it I'll blast!
- [loud explosion we see pumpkin splattered everywhere as Gopher gets the pumpkin into a bowl]
- Gopher: .
- Owl: [still washing the dishes] Ahh so clean we could very nearly eat off of it.
- Gopher: [tasting the pumpkin pie mix] Hmmm needs another half a jalapeño and a tad more turmeric.
- [adds those ingredients to the mix which causes it to violently bubble]
- Gopher: Yes siree that's what I like,
- [stirs it with a spoon and the spoon disintegrates]
- Gopher: a desert with attitude.
- Owl: A magnificent bone China left me by my great grandfather.
- Gopher: [takes the bowl of the pumpkin pie mix and rigs it up and he fires up a propane blow torch] Once I crank her up to 2,000 centigrade this baby will be done in no time.
- [puts a welding belt over his face and sticks the torch under the bowl]
- Narrator: [opens up in a live action bedroom as the camera shows the decor and toys] This could be the room of any small boy, but it happens to belong to Christopher Robin. Like most small boys Christopher Robin has many stuffed animal friends.
- [we now see a storybook]
- Narrator: Now his best friend is a certain little bear, and together they had many remarkable adventures in an enchanted place called the Hundred Acre Wood.
- [the book opens up and pans towards the compass]
- Narrator: And here our story begins on an especially special day.
- [the wind blows the letters off the compass and sends them flying through the opening page]
- Narrator: A most joyful day when we find ourselves feeling just a bit more thankful that things are as they are, and we have what we have. A day for celebration, for coming together and there was none who looked forward to this wonderful time more than the Bear named Winnie the Pooh.
