- There is full frontal nudity present in the game, but it's extremely pixilated as a result of the era it was created.
- You can strip your own character of their own clothes. Breasts can be seen on women and on both genders, genitalia are only partially visible.
- Some female monsters have bare breasts visible. Most notable are the nymphs, which have visibly detailed genitals as well.
- Topless female NPCs can be seen. Some of them implicitly prostitutes but they're also in the form of priestesses or witches.

- Pixilated violence with blood splashes and gory corpses.
