- In one scene, a man and woman have implied sex. It shows them entering his apartment in a passionate embrace and clothing falling on the floor. The next morning, she wakes up naked in bed. No nudity.
- A woman wears a man's shirt to cover her nudity.
- A woman says at least three times "Will you cut his balls off?"
- A woman wakes up in a bra. She then covers herself with a bed sheet.
- A man and woman sleep together.
- A man and woman are overheard screaming and then interrupted on a table having sex. It is implied they are naked.
- A man strips to his underwear and T-shirt.
- After a woman wakes up and finds that the man she has been with laundered her clothing, she is seen removing her clothing from the dryer and commenting "I know I wore panties." In court, he pulls her panties from his pocket and reads something as if off the panties - they are wadded up and it is only through context that we know that they are her panties.
- A woman makes a reference to lawyers she has bagged.
- People hear screams coming from inside a house. They burst in thinking that somebody is being hurt and find a couple in the midst of wild foreplay (nothing shown except for the woman's shoulders and the man's chest). One of the people comments "You were screaming," and the woman in the bedroom replies, "Don't you?"
