According to Antonio Aguilar it was two Puerto Rican Artist that change his life from a struggling artist to the great singing charo and movie star in Mexico.It was in Puerto Rico that he became Mexican again because he was advised and help to sing ranchero songs instead of bolero songs.Antonio Aguilar became eternally grateful to the Puerto Ricans in New York and in Puerto Rico for helping him be true to his roots and talents.After his great success in Mexico and Latin America he came with his family to PR to place flowers in the tomb of two best friends Diploma and Rafael Hernandez every year.
