Bonnie Wright went from child actress to adult author and climate activist as she grew up, but her original fans still adore her.
Bonnie rose to fame for her role as Ginny Weasley in the world-famous Harry Potter movies.
Not only was she an iconic face in the Harry Potter films, but she also dated current Stranger Things heartthrob Jamie Campbell Bower for about three years from 2009-2012.
After getting her start in Harry Potter, she moved on star in a few independent films such as Before I Sleep, The Sea, and After the Dark, and even performed on stage.

It’s time to journey back to the Seven Kingdoms Sunday nights on HBO with the new fantasy series “House of the Dragon.”
The drama — from creators George R.R. Martin (author of the “Game of Thrones” book series) and Ryan Condal — will look back 200 years before the events of “Thrones,” when House Targaryen ruled Westeros and held the Iron Throne.
Like the original HBO series, “House of the Dragon” introduces many newer faces to U.S. television screens, filling its cast with actors well-known abroad for their work in the U.K. and Australia. It also boasts Emmy nominee Matt Smith from “The Crown” and “The Amazing Spider-Man’s” Rhys Ifans among its main cast.
For a complete guide to who is playing who in the new series, read on:

HBO’s dragons have descended on Europe.
House of the Dragon, the hotly-anticipated Game of Thrones‘ prequel made two major splashdowns across the Atlantic over the last week.
On Monday night in central London, Sky — HBO’s long-time U.K. partner — put on a show worthy of a king with a premiere in Leicester Square the scale of which hasn’t been seen since before the pandemic. As well as from taking over two cinemas — the Odeon Luxe and Cineworld — a castle (presumably non-permanent) was erected in the center of the square, the doors to which were opened to introduce each of the show’s lead cast.
And the entire cast was in attendance for what was described as “homecoming” (much of House of the Dragon was shot across the U.K.), including Matt Smith, Paddy Considine, Olivia Cooke, Emma D’Arcy, Milly Alcock,...

Icelandic filmmaker Baltasar Kormákur splashed onto the international scene in the early aughts with films like “101 Reykjavík,” “Hafið,” “A Little Trip to Heaven,” and while Hollywood’s embraced him fully—see the mainstream crime thrillers “2 Guns” and “Contraband”— neither has demonstrated much auteurist vision. It’s the classic dilemma, a talented and coveted international director makes a big splash, but when they get to Hollywood, they are sucked into some fairly generic scripts and thus generate some fairly generic movies (see the problem that Swedish “Easy Money” filmmaker Daniel Espinosa has found himself in after what seemed like a promising start in Hollywood). But with Universal’s mountain climbing thriller, “Everest,” Kormákur just might find his way back on track. The movie’s cast is epic and its very much an ensemble film that includes Jason Clarke, Josh Brolin, John Hawkes, Robin Wright, Michael Kelly, Sam Worthington, Keira Knightley,...

My best friend has always wanted to go to Iceland so this year we finally bought tickets. Can't wait to experience The Blue Lagoon and see the Northern Lights (again... they're so amazing). I'll be curating a mini Icelandic film festival before we go. We're going off season because we both love winter (our other friends just have to deal) and it's cheaper!
Though I've seen plentiful Scandinavian films, I think I've only seen two from Iceland: Blóðbönd (Thicker than Water) and Hafið (The Sea) both of which were rather intense family dramas and quite good ones at that. If you've seen any Icelandic films, do share in the comments. I've always wanted to see 101 Reykjavik (on account of my Victoria Abril love) but for reasons I can't fathom I've never rented it. That'll be the first selection in the mini-fest.
