David Hyde Pierce - brilliant

Most short films are pure agony. Even the ones that go to Sundance - even the ones with $35,000 budgets and big stars. And, I've seen a bunch of them.

But, LAUD WEINER is a refreshing treat.

David Hyde Pierce nailed this thing. Wow. Especially the scene when he's discussing a script over the phone. A testament to actors and just how important they are.

And, the scenarios - so evocative of Hollywood. I have a feeling the writer-director has spent some time in the trenches. Probably as a PA - loved that scene as well.

Check this thing out on a the CELEBRITY MIX DVD.
