- A police officer brawls in a restaurant, punching and kicking several people. A man grabs a table leg and strikes the officer with it; the table leg had an exposed nail which impaled him.
- A policeman kicks a suspect in the face, throws him onto train tracks as he continues to beat and kick him, puts him in a chokehold and throws him to the ground. He then points a gun at the suspect's head.
- A few suspects are treated roughly and beaten up during police interrogations, including a mentally impaired man.
