Reruns ruled for CBS in primetime Monday as the eye network's comedy and drama mainstays easily topped fresh fare on its Big Three rivals. CBS won the night as usual on the strength of its 9-11 p.m. repeats of comedies Everybody Loves Raymond, Two and a Half Men and CSI: Miami. The 10 p.m. Miami encore was the night's most-watched program as usual with an average of 12.5 million viewers and 4.1 rating/12 share in the adults 18-49 demographic, according to preliminary estimates from Nielsen Media Research. At 9:30 p.m., Men (12.7 million, 4.3/12) impressed once again by inching up from its Raymond lead-in (12 million, 3.9/11). NBC ran second to CBS for the night with modest showings from its summer originals, 9 p.m.'s For Love or Money (6.2 million, 2.6/8) and 10 p.m.'s Who Wants to Marry My Dad (7.8 million, 3.4/9).
CBS led the rerun-laden primetime pack once again on Monday with solid turnouts for repeats of CSI: Miami and comedies Everybody Loves Raymond and Two and a Half Men. CSI: Miami (11.1 million, 3.8/11) as usual was the most-watched program of the night. The eye network's 9:30 p.m. comedy Men (10.6 million, 3.8/11) impressed by growing slightly from its Raymond lead-in (10.7 million, 3.5/10) in the demo. NBC was No. 2 for the night (7 million, 2.9/9) with its regular slate of a Fear Factor repeat followed from 9-11 p.m. by fresh episodes of summer reality series For Love or Money 3 or Who Wants to Marry My Dad? Fox was a distant fourth (4.2 milion, 2.0/6) with only so-so performances from new drama North Shore and The Casino. CBS and NBC battled it out for ratings glory Monday night with Fox's all-original lineup still struggling. With its regular lineup in reruns, led by Two and a Half Men (11.4 million, 3.9/10) and CSI: Miami (11.7 million, 3.8/11), CBS averaged 10 million total viewers and a 3.3 rating/10 share among adults 18-49, according to early Nielsen estimates. The season premiere of NBC's reality series Who Wants to Marry My Dad? (7.9 million, 3.5/10) fared better than the The Next Action Star debut in the 10 p.m. slot last week but still, it was a rerun of Fear Factor (8.9 million, 3.7/12) that lifted NBC to 8 million viewers and 3.4/10 in 18-49 for the night. At 9 p.m., NBC's For Love or Money (7.3 million, 3.8/11) was flat from last week. Fox (5 million, 2.2/7) was third for the night with scripted North Shore (4.6 million, 2.1/7) and reality The Casino (5.3 million, 2.3/6) both down from their so-so premieres last week. Rounding out the top four was ABC (5 million, 1.9/5).

Who Wants to Marry My Dad went out in a big way for NBC on Monday. The 10 p.m. finale delivered the show's best-ever numbers, averaging 11.2 million viewers and 4.8 rating/13 share in the adults 18-49 demographic, according to preliminary estimates from Nielsen Media Research. Marry My Dad and 9 p.m. series For Love or Money 2 kept the peacock on top for the night (9.6 million, 4.1/12) by a wide margin, albeit against lackluster rerun competition. CBS placed second for the night (9.2 million, 2.9/9), even as the Marry My Dad finale took a bite out of the viewership for the 10 p.m. CSI: Miami rerun (10.1 million, 3.4/9). ABC was dragged down by reruns of its That's Incredible: Reunion special and the concluding installment of Stephen King's Storm of the Century. Fox was slow out of the gate with a repeat of the premiere episode of The O.C. followed by a fresh episode of Paradise Hotel.
