- Toward the beginning of the film, a young man and a middle-aged man meet at a bar. After non-verbally hitting it off, they go back to the middle-aged man's place, where they talk semi-dirty and make out. This scene lasts only about 15 seconds.
- Two young guys talk about their sexual encounters in the past. The scene lasts about a minute.
- A young man and a young woman make out at a party. Lasts only about 10 seconds.
- A young woman and a young man begin to make out in bed. They get to the point where they are both naked and begin to have sex. However, since the young man is gay, he doesn't want to go through with it, and after just a few seconds, he pushes her off of him. All that is shown is the girl's back on top of the guy.

- Toward the beginning of the film, there is a brief fight that breaks out on a street corner between three guys. It is from a distance and not very graphic.
- There is a scene in the middle of the film where the main character is in a car with two drug dealers and they crash hard into a car pulling out into the street. The woman driving gets badly cut and bruised, blood is visible on her face. To prevent the woman's husband from calling the police, the drug dealers get out of the car, beating and kicking him close to the point of losing consciousness. He is left bloodied and bruised in the street. Very violent and disturbing scene.
- The main character mentions his father was killed by a drunk driver a year ago.
- The main character bumps into another guy in a club because he can't see straight. The guy grabs him and tries to start a fight with him, but one of the drug dealers the main character is with grabs the guy, threatening him to back off. He then shoves him away.
- The main character approaches his roommate and his friend, who are dancing, in a club. As a result of his being high, he thinks they are laughing at him, so he slaps his roommate across the face. His friend, in turn, punches him in the face, giving him a bloody nose.
- After letting off steam from the previous encounter, the main character kicks a wall and several trash cans in an alley. His drug dealer neighbor comes to try and help him calm down, but he punches his neighbor in the face, knocking him to he ground. In retaliation, the man gets up and kicks him hard in the balls, causing both of them to fall over in pain.

- One strong use of c**t, about 15 uses of f**k, a few uses each of s**t, Jesus C****t, and b***h.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Most of the characters smoke often, sometimes just cigarettes, other times marijuana and cocaine. There are several scenes at bars where the main character and his neighbors drink beer, smoke joints, and pop pills.
- A major plot point is that the main character's neighbors are drug dealers, and most of the drug-related incidents and discussions are a result of his neighbors' influence.
- Two friends have a party in their flat where dozens of people are drinking and smoking/doing drugs socially.
- The main character travels to collect drugs and bring them back to his neighbors. While collecting them, he and the dealers he is collecting from are often smoking. At the house where they make the deal, several bags of marijuana, cocaine, and pills are poured onto a table and loaded into a bag.
- The main character progressively takes more drugs and harder drugs throughout the film, and his reactions to them include bloodshot eyes, heavy breathing, sweating, and vomiting. Generally, he looks like he's in pretty bad shape almost all the time in the second half of the film.
- Two friends share a joint in their flat.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The scene with the car crash comes up suddenly and can be very scary/disturbing for some viewers. The main character also has a flashback to this memory later in the film when he gets high in a bathroom. It may be just as disturbing then.
- The main character undergoes a tremendous transformation from good, innocent student to serious drug taker and drug dealer. His changes in behavior and physical appearance from taking drugs may be intense to view.
- As a result from the direction his life has taken since he met the drug dealer neighbors, it is clear the main character has a serious internal battle throughout the film. There are aftermath scenes from times he regrets doing things he did while being high, and he beats himself up about it and lashes out sometimes, often alone. These short scenes can be emotional.
Spoilers
Sex & Nudity
- A man reveals himself to be gay and tries to have sex with a young man when he is weak. He manages to kiss him on his cheek and chest, but the young man can't bring himself to allow the other man to give him oral sex, and he pushes him off. No nudity.
- Two guys discuss one of their sexualities. However, the the guy in question says he is not gay, and based on how he has dealt with situations that occurred in the past, his friend agrees that he is straight, but could have at least "let him carry on" because "who knows what would have happened?
Violence & Gore
- Toward the end of the film, the four drug dealers in the movie are pursued and arrested by the police. Two of them put up a brief fight, but to no avail.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- Police arrive to the roommates' flat and confiscate drugs. One of the roommates is in the middle of smoking a joint, and the other has some bags of cocaine confiscated.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The main character goes in to use the bathroom at a party. He finds his boss lying dead on the floor in one of the stalls, presumably having had a heart attack. This is very sudden and unexpected, and may make some uneasy.
