Brilliant!!! Many families will find a self portrait in this movie...

Warning: Spoilers
It's a movie about love, family, friendship and revenge.

Beautiful landscapes (Corsega), great actors, convincing screenplay, delightful realization... Not one of the best movies I've ever seen, but surely, one of the most surprising! Frédéric Graziani directed it perfectly. I believe that the argument was able to drive to a two and a half hour movie, but it was made without "stoppage time", straight to 90 minutes, that were magnificent, because once you started you cannot leave or even stop till you finish it...

Before, about Corsega I only knew that it is a big island in the south of France and that the capital is Bastia. Now I also knew some traditions, his people, his chains, towns, beaches, and that there is regular ferries to Marseille, among many other information provided by the movie.

The screenplay is about something that isn't rarely to happen, but unusual to be held in cinema: An impossible love brutally interrupted, even forgetting the upcoming baby! Yes, there are many others about impossible love, but that one is not like Romeo and Juliet or Titanic, because there's a baby between it...
