- A demonic succubus in the form of a large breasted woman appears fully nude with only pasties covering her nipples, however her labia is clearly visible as well as a closeup view of her buttocks.
- Throughout the game, one of the main female characters wears tight leather clothing that covers little, showing lots of cleavage, buttocks and both her entire thighs to her kneecaps are shown.
- One or two cutscenes show closeup shots/angles of either the main female character's or female enemy's chest or rear area in a sensual way.
Violence & Gore

- Graphic, aggressive violence throughout.
- Animated blood.(light-green and red, depending on the type of enemy)
- Some decapitations and dismemberment on certain enemies.
- Except for the bosses, all enemies' corpses burst into a pools of blood after being killed before fading away.
- Every sword or blade-like weapon the player or enemy has, upon impact, will cause blood to squirt and spill out from the target being struck.
- Certain enemies carry automatic guns, pistols and rocket/grenade launchers.
- Huge tanks and helicopters with heavy artillery fire are also involved.
- Most of the enemies are not human so the player may encounter being bitten, stung, scratched, slashed, or possibly eaten.
- The player, the bosses and some enemies can form energy like blasts and shoot them at one another.
- Fast-paced bloody action sequences. (The player or enemy can perform bloody combos with a sword-like weapon on one another causing massive damage)

- The game does contain graphic violence but not too much disturbing content. 16+
- Here's how the gameplay is structured: Our main character, Ryu Hayabusa, slashes and slays his foes, moves forward, slays more foes, moves forward, solves a puzzle, and then slays more foes.
- The game features copious amounts of bloodshed throughout, brutal, wicked combat moves, loads of deathtraps, and endless swordfighting.
- The enemies in the game can be unsettling as they range from demons to monsters to black magic users to overtly sexual creatures.
- Intense fighting sequences throughout.
- Some creatures may appear frightening either during battle because of their aggressiveness or a sudden encounter (specially bosses and mini bosses) due to the fact not all are human-like and they are usually bigger than the player.
- One of the main antagonists is a giant fully dressed from head to toe in samurai armor but is shown briefly up close with no face inside. Just a purple-like flame, right before he puts on his lower mouth piece.

Sex & Nudity
- In one cutscene where after the player defeats one of the main bosses, (second encounter) there's a huge explosion involved and when the smoke clears we see an almost barely clothed young woman sitting, kneeling and holding hands with another young woman lying on her side with her head on the other womans lap and appears to be fully naked. Though it looks like her privates are covered up and the shot is fairly close and shown for only a couple seconds.
