- Brief animated nudity: There's a scene where Mikiko Kawamoto pulls out her breast to emit powerful acids.
- Satan (who is male) has feminine looking breasts and is only onscreen for a brief moment
Violence & Gore
- Akira Fudo transforms into Devilman into the first time, violently hash and slash through various of demons.
- Devilman rips off breast of a female demon and starts to eating the breast that he rips off.
- A young boy named "Kensaku Makimura" gets his head shoot with a crossbow bolt. Suddenly a group of insane men break into the home and then remove Kensaku's head from his body, Miki Makimura comes running to find her brother's body headles.
- Miki Makimura is horrifyingly killed by a mob. When Akira finally arrives late to Miki's house, he sees how her killers have dismembered her body and now display her head and limbs on pikes. The killers wave her on head on a stick back and forth.
- Devilman kills the mob that is responsible for killing Miki and Kensaku leaving a huge puddle of blood of dead bodies.
- A fight between Amon and other demons. Amon then finds a kid and eats him (we see blood and a hand dripping on the ground)
- A final battle between Devilman and Amon has Amon ripping Devilman's wings off and blood is seen.
