I just saw this film at the "Southern Fried Film Flicks" festival in Augusta and I gotta say I am really impressed with this filmmaker's creativity. The script has been very intelligently written. It blends a bit of natural conversation with laugh-out-loud humor. Aside from the script, another great aspect of this film was the music. This movie was scored by the band "The Transistors" and their unique sound really captured the mood that the director was successfully trying to achieve.
I am not sure how nationally known this film is, but if you find out it is playing at any film festivals near you, it is definitely worth seeing. It is a landmark and monumental beginning to a filmmaker who shows a tremendous amount of potential.
