After the car window is broken, when the woman runs back into the house the door is unlocked since she is able to get inside without delay. She possibly closed it (this was not clear) but did not lock it. A few seconds later someone is trying to get in. The push button for the lock is shown as being in (locked) and the person is not able to get in right away.
Before the pickup is shown attempting to run over the woman in the parking lot, marks on the ground from prior takes leading up to where she is are visible through the windshield. The editing is also off here as the truck is shown to be just a few feet away from her before she jumps out of the way, and then it is further back in the next scene.
The family dog is let outside by Russell and it is night time and raining. Then, he turns and has a conversation with Jessica and light is shining through the mini blinds behind them.
When Lisa Calders visits the Landers the first time and poses herself as legal representative she does not show any evidence of her being so. Conveniently, the Landers don't ask her to provide any evidence either.
