When Ron is getting dressed for the Prom in front of his mirror there are a number of stickers and assorted personal items. One bumper sticker reads: "No on 65." This is in reference and protest to Disney's 65-episode limit rule, which was sole reason Kim Possible (2002) was canceled, however the show was granted a fourth season after an extensive months long viewer campaign.
Kim's dad's full name is finally revealed: James Timothy Possible. Therefore, Kim's two brothers, Jim and Tim, are named after their dad's first and middle names. (In the final season of Kim Possible (2002), it would be revealed that Kim's mom is named "Anne," Kim's middle name.)
Original title of the movie was "Day of the Diablos".
Originally the film was going to be in live-action, but presumably budgetary reasons kept the work in 2D animation.
