  • Lots of brutal martial arts type fighting ( kicking, jumping, stabbing, shooting, ect. )

  • Some thugs drink alcohol from the bottles. Flaming margaritas are used. The story involves the shipment of drugs from one cartel to another, which later on is said to have hallucinative properties. Some minor instances of needle injections. Batman uses fear gas to nullify his enemies.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Numerous instances of fear being used to amplify the terror in the opponents Batman faces, usually with frightening imagery. Appearances of Scarecrow, Zaz, and the Arkham inmates are unsettling, particularly in their sudden, frantic movements.
  • Arkham missions are quite dark and terrifying.
  • The sneaking missions involve sounds of enemy heartbeats and frantic movements, including gripping and intense music. Suspenseful.
  • The first mission is unsettling.
  • THIS GAME set the overall standard, tone, and style for the following 'Batman Arkham' games.
