- Towards the end of the film, the little girl Emily dies after struggling from cancer throughout the film. Her mother, Alexia is distraught saying over and over again that "she wanted me to be there" because she died alone in the hospital. This can be a rather intense scene for a younger children because of the concept of what death is and the idea of dying alone. Emily also discusses earlier in the film about what death is and asking if God takes early orders for going to heaven.
