Another good Snub Pollard comedy
kekseksa12 November 2017
This is another really rather good early Snub/Mosquini comedy in which the newlyweds (one assumes) arrive to take possession of their new house, sold to them by a dodgy agent (played by Noah Young) only to find that it is in an area of unusually high humidity. Snub's car sinks not only in the mud but under in and the house springs leaks everywhere which make for a rather original house-warming party and married couple's first night.

The only copy I have seen is evidently an abbreviated 9.5m Pathescope version (three and a half minutes).

Some major work is requited to recover and restore the Snub Pollard films of this period....
