- Male nudity avoided - only female nudity is offered to viewers.
- In several episodes, a couple has sex (with clothes on). There is no nudity, but there are vocalizations and some dirty language.
- One of the characters repeatedly makes sexual comments to the women who work for him. In one scene he grabs a woman's breast (over her clothes), and another scene he asks her for a blow job.
- In one episode, several characters meet at a strip club. You can see women in the background dancing in bras and thongs.
- In another episode, a prostitute comes to a man's hotel room. The man is in his underwear and the prostitute is scantily dressed.
- In one episode, two characters watch a sex tape involving bondage, but no nudity is seen.
Violence & Gore

- The main characters are con artists and they are repeatedly shown stealing money, purses, wallets, cars, etc. These scenes are not violent, although there are a few times when a character gets caught stealing and is beat up.
- Characters repeatedly threaten other characters with knives and/or guns.

- In several episodes, characters are seen smoking marijuana.
- One of the main characters accidentally overdoses on meth. He is high for the rest of that episode.
- One character snorts cocaine off a woman's chest.
- In another episode, several characters are seen snorting cocaine at a party.
- Many of the characters drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes throughout the series. One character is repeatedly drunk.

- There is a scene where a car is shown running off the road and smashing into a tree. The main characters find the driver in the driver's seat impaled by a tree branch. He is alive briefly and talks to one of the characters, then he dies. They find the passenger several feet from the car, bloody and dead.
- One character kills his crippled father by carrying him out into the woods and leaving him there to die.
- One character kills a man by bludgeoning him with a hammer. He then hides the bloody body in the trunk of a car, where another character finds it. To cover up the crime, the two characters bury the man's body.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- One character punches a man to knock him out. When that fails, the character is shown grabbing a hammer from a toolbox. Later we see the man's bloody body in the trunk of a car, and it is assumed that the character bludgeoned the man with the hammer.
