DIAMONDS 'N DUST is the opening episode of season two of THE A-TEAM and sees the team back in business in a safe kind of way. They're up against a ruthless mine owner with the action set in South Africa. The usual mix of comic interplay, George Peppard's random disguises, and plentiful but tame action sequences fill the narrative, making this a light but entertaining ride.

The first episode of the second season and they go on location to Africa, well the Hollywood backlot with documentary footage of safari animals inserted.
The daughter of a murdered Australian diamond miner in South Africa hires The A Team to take on a local thug and his henchmen.
Murdock has fun pretending to be some officious British jobsworth. Hannibal tries on a few more disguises and Face turns on the charm by trying to woo the distraught daughter. As for the rest, the team improvises with the equipment they have and recall how they got away from some ambush back in 'nam.
Still in apartheid era South Africa no racial remark was made to BA, then again who would!
