Hannibal wears the eagle insignia of a full Colonel. In the pilot episode and throughout the first four seasons, he is officially a Lieutenant-Colonel.
In the final execution scene, the blindfolds vary in widths and positions on faces between the close-up shots and the longer shots. Face's blindfold is narrow in the close-up, but wide in the longer shots, and conversely B.A.'s blindfold is wide and even covering his nose in the close-up, but is narrower and no longer covering his nose in the longer shots.
At about 0.32, before the execution of The A Team, a subtitle comes on the screen saying " Saturday 8.00 A M.
Shortly after that, one of the military guards states the date as 18 August 1986.
18 August 1986 was a Monday, not a Saturday.
All the international clocks on General Stockwell's private jet are set to random and mismatched times, when in reality different time zones tend to be apart by whole hours, or in a few cases half hours, so all the minute hands should read either the same, or a 30 minute difference.
When Frankie is substituting the dummy rounds for the live ones, one can see that they are all the same. Dummy rounds don't have the lead tips (the slug that strikes the target) like live rounds do. This would mean that the three guys would in fact be shot during the execution.
When Murdoch points his gun at Gen. Stockwell while they are inside his jet, he presses a button and a shield immediately slides across the width of the cabin. The problem here is that this would be possible if they were in some kind of building where the screen could be hidden inside of some wall. But there were inside the cabin of a jet and there would be no place to hide the shield within the fuselage.
When Captain Underwood reads the death sentence, he refers to Hannibal and Face by their real names, but refers to B.A. by his nickname rather than his real name - Bosco, which is unlikely.
Frankie, while impersonating the priest, asks the Sergeant for a match to light his cigarette. The Sergeant eventually locates one and lights it for his cigarette. All of this takes place inside the weapons bunker, and no soldier, let alone an NCO, would be negligent enough to do this in a room filled with explosives.
The sergeant tells Frankie (impersonating Father Stellini) that the members of the firing squad don't load their own weapons. Yet in the next scene the members of the firing squad are handed bullets and load their own weapons.
Dan Woren plays one of the soldiers and is listed on the end credits as "Sargeant", which should be spelled as Sergeant.
