Well, it's been exploited everywhere, even in "The Return of the Jedi" with C3PO. The A-Team parachutes onto a primitive island and the natives think Murdock is a god. How wrong could they be?
A couple of helpful missionaries show up to assure everyone that he isn't, providing tension. But it's the same silly story. It's another sign the A-Team never was as good after they stopped working for people and started working for Robert Vaughn.
They find an opportunity to perform some do-gooding, but that's incidental. And there's a risible image of monks with automatic weapons. Verdict: skippable.
