When Dom lands at the cabin to drop off Toni, Hawke's dog Tet can be seen lying on the landing dock. A moment later when Dom opens the door to the cabin, Tet walks out.
Just before Hawke found the homing device in Santini's JetRanger the words "Santini Air" on the side were reversed, then after the homing device was found the lettering was normal.
The JetRanger's door is off in order to mount the camera, but later on, the door is mounted again after the JetRanger takes off.
Footage of a Saturn V rocket is used as launch footage of an Earth-orbit satellite. A Saturn V rocket was intended for manned missions and is both too expensive and far too overpowered to be used for satellite launches.
The so called satellite being used is shown as the Skylab space station.
When Dom lands at Toni's house to offer her a job, we see the lone pilot of the Santini Air chopper exit and walk toward the house in a continuous shot. As the pilot walks behind a barrel, Ernest Borgnine emerges from the other side, making it appear that he was the actual pilot.
When the JetRanger picks Hawke up from the wing of the aircraft in the boneyard, both Santini and Hawke are obvious stunt doubles.
The obvious solution to hiding from the satellite is to put Airwolf inside a hangar, like the one Santini owns, or one at the Firm's headquarters.
High-resolution satellite close-ups of such a large area would take months to comb through to try to spot a target like Airwolf, while Bogart's team seems to be able to analyze the data instantaneously.
Bogart doesn't take into consideration that Airwolf moves, and moves quickly. The chopper could have been anywhere in the world when the satellites made their pass over the western U.S. And if the team found the chopper, or pinpointed a location they thought the chopper must be in due to process of elimination (as happened in the episode) the chopper can simply move before they find it.
