Lena Appleby is holding a full glass of water when she takes her fatal fall, but there is no broken glass or spilled water on the floor anywhere near her body.
When Dizar takes the $1000 check from Appleby, he doesn't get it endorsed. The check is useless to him without the signed endorsement of Appleby.
The position of Lena's body doesn't fit with the action: by rights she should have fallen backwards, but her position is shown as if she had fallen forwards and face down. This would only make sense if she had done a flip in the air before landing.
When Martha Sturgis writes the check for the broken camel, she spells Laurence with an "s" instead of a "c".
