When Sydney is escaping from the building and about to jump off the roof you can clearly see her high heels she is wearing as she attaches the rope. She then jumps with the same shoes on, but at the bottom we see a different pair of shoes on her as she swings to safety. Then at the bottom she runs off in the original pair once again.
During their briefing on the mission to South America, Sydney and Dixon are told that the satellite they will be communicating with is in geosynchronous orbit. Later, when on site, Dixon says he can't get a line of sight to the satellite because it's in low earth orbit. Geosynchronous satellites have to orbit at about 22,000 miles altitude, which is definitely not low earth orbit (usually considered to be 120 to 1200 miles altitude).
At the beginning of the episode Sydney goes through a lot of trouble to gain access in what seems to be a secure room. After being pursued she flees the room through a simple flipping window with no apparent security.
