C'mon. Barry White!
richofsthun2 March 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Music is always another, and often, central, character to Ally McBeal. But, c'mon ... Barry White in person, closing out the episode? What a cresendo to a well-paced, thoughtful and, as usual, crazy courtroom comedy/drama episode. Loved the line dance with all of The Biscuit's colleagues. They apparently knew his dance moves as well he, since they've seen him do it so much to his "theme song." Loved the addition of Tony Shaloub. He played his character so believably. And, what a kick to have the Dr. Joyce Brothers on the witness stand. Poor Renee, though. One just has to hope she's winning cases other than the losses at the hands of Fish's firm.

But they wrote John as dismissing it. The dance was highlight of the episode.

I cried??

Warning: Spoilers
I cannot believe I cried, but I did. When the biscuit danced to the real Barry White, I just came unglued with happiness! And watching all of those characters dancing along with the biscuit, it was a true feel good moment.

With the exception of the theme song that hurts my ears, I love this show. And the most outstanding characters, in my opinion, are the biscuit and Elaine. What incredible actors they are!! And Elaine's talent is amazing! I've watched the full series about three times and still find all of the characters to be endearing, and and somehow relatable. Lol What a great place to work!
